  • Less intensive option for new, previous, and existing consultation/counseling clients who are successfully ascending their trauma and are actively building up and walking in their truer sense of self

  • Seek accountability, guidance and support to help further embrace healed identity and begin working on independent/non-therapeutic goals on a less intensive/frequent basis

  • Bi-weekly or monthly individual or group check ins with personalized challenges to do during the week
