Bring a Friend or Two

Instead of guessing how they feel, talk to them and find out! Engage in healing conversations safely and with the comfort of knowing it will be supported and mediated by a therapist that can provide additional insights and clarity. The goal is for everyone to feel heard and understood.

Who's In Your Circle

Heal internal struggles and/or external challenges as a group

Get support from others in shared struggles of anger, anxiety, depression, addiction and/or conflict that arises in family or long term friendships. Gain peace of mind knowing that you're not alone in the struggle and new ways to respond and manage stress and rebuild friendships are possible.

Some challenges are easier to face with others who know you and/or may be going through similar issues. Especially when the stressors are external and out of their control (mother/father of children, police encounters and/or court proceedings, job loss/financial strain, barriers that come with having a background). Strengthen your circle or develop a new, healthy one with like-minded members.
